Three Things You should know about Skincare
If you’re starting a skincare routine, here are three mistakes you should avoid for beautiful glowing skin.
1- Don’t use too many products.
Suppose you have just begun a skincare routine. In that case, you might want to buy many products to heal many problems in your skin at once and have fast results. Still, unfortunately, the opposite happens because you mix many products that should not be combined or have the same effect; your skin becomes red, and even some macrocystis or inflammatory pimples might appear.
That’s why you have to look at your face in the mirror and notice everything you have on your face. Then you will understand what problems your skin has because, first of all, this will save you money: you will not spend your money on products that have the same effect, the second thing you will damage your skin with too many products, the third thing it will guarantee you a good and fast result.
2- Not using enough products.
What I mean by that is, for example, not cleaning yourself with good products or not hydrating your skin enough, producing more sebum: for those with oily skin, it will become an oiler if you don’t hydrate it. Or if you don’t use the products your skin needs: for example, if you have black pimples or lack of radiance or dullness, then you have to treat this to preserve your skin hygiene and feel good in your skin.
And of course, don’t forget to use sunscreen because it’s so important to protect from UV rays; the sun causes many problems to our skin and may even cause cancer.
3- Starting products too soon
Some skincare beginners might use products that are not better for their age. I’m not saying that skincare is only for adults; it doesn’t have an age: whenever you notice something in your skin, you must treat it, especially SPF. I advise you to start it in childhood.
However, some products, like retinoids, should be used at a certain age. Some 16-—or 17-year-old girls might want to use them, but I can tell you that you don’t have to. Your skin produces enough collagen to maintain its elasticity, so why would you add a product that will damage your skin, make pimples appear, or even burn your skin?
