What to do for a Long, Strong, and Healthy Hair Growth

The key to this is understanding that a balanced approach is crucial. It’s not about healing your scalp or focusing solely on your hair. It’s about nurturing both simultaneously for optimal results.

1- Choose a Good Oil Hair
Your scalp needs nourishment, and oils are a great way to provide it. You have the freedom to choose the oil that suits you best. Personally, I’ve had excellent results with Mielle and Rice Water Spray. You should consider using a derma roller to enhance the absorption of these oils. This simple addition to your hair care routine can make a difference, ensuring that the oils effectively nourish and rejuvenate your hair follicles for that enviable lusciousness.
Choose a good serum for your hair if it is dry or greasy.

2- Trimming
Regular haircuts are not just a luxury but essential to maintaining healthy hair. I recommend trimming the ends every two months. This simple practice can prevent your hair from splitting into two strands, ensuring that each strand remains solid and healthy. So, consider the power of a regular trim in your hair care routine.
3- Hair Brushing
While showering, do not—I repeat—do not brush your hair with any brush because the weakest form of our hair is the wet form. Instead, you could use a silicone massager for your scalp, which feeds blood circulation. And, of course, you can brush it when it is dry.
You can choose a good brush. You should choose the wooden one or the one with spaced bristles. Pay attention to how you brush your hair: never start from the upper side. Start with the downside and go up gradually.

4- Hair Protection and Styling
Always apply a protector before hot drying your hair. The best one I have used is the CHI one. It helps prevent hair from getting burnt or broken.
If you want to do some hairstyles by fixing your hair or, more precisely, fixing your flyaways, use SheaMoisture Baby Hair. Since it’s a baby product, it doesn’t damage the hair. I don’t advise you to use any gel, though.

5- Choose a Good Hair Mask
Always wear a hair mask before showering to feed the hair. You could make your own or use one that is already made. Among the masks I have tried are Garnier and Loreal Elvive Dream Lengths, and the last one is one of my favorites: Loreal Proffesionelle. This one, in particular, heals the hair, feeds it, and makes it sparkle.
